  • Not at all. Fluency by Design is not a pre-made course. I don’t record anything until I learn about you. Every lesson, reflection prompt, and real-world mission is custom-crafted based on your intake form — your goals, your voice, your challenges.

    Think of it as a private coaching experience, just delivered in a more flexible, self-paced format.

  • Once you fill out your intake form, I begin working on your course within 48 hours.
    Depending on the package you choose, your full course will be delivered within 7 to 14 days.

    You'll receive everything in one organized place — either via a private course page or a personalized folder.

  • That’s okay — you don’t need to know your exact CEFR level. The intake form is designed to help me get a sense of where you are based on how you describe yourself, your fluency goals, and the situations where you use English.

    You can be honest, casual, even unsure. That’s part of what makes this experience human.
